I took my dog to the emergency vet services of roanoke. He was very sick. They refused to treat my dog because I only had $200.00 of the $320.00 down payment that they asked for. It was a Sunday afternoon. I told them I would bring them some money the next day if they would treat my dog. They refused. I asked them to sell me the medicine that would save his life but they said they wouldn't. NOT COULDN'T. Wouldn't. My baby passed away because of it. And all because they were greedy and selfish. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for treating people and animals this way. They have this note on the recepits that they print when a payment is made to them that reads. ""YOUR PETS ARE FAMILY"" So let me ask this question of the people in charge of this hell hole! If your mother was sick would you let her die if she couldn't pay the bill all at once!!!! YOU PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK. AND YOU ALL KNOW WHERE YOU CAN GO.
