I have been going to El Burro for years. The food is consistently good but the service is consistently poor. This is a busy restaurant and it seems they don't really care about customer service. One time I even asked to speak to the manager and, although he listened, he still didn't seem to get that they should ""try and please the customer"". \r

My favorite entree is the chili colorado. The fajitas are also good but are only served with beans, no rice. Trying to get a little rice is a hassle unless you order a side dish! The reason is beacause ""that's the way it is on the menu"", said the manager. The salsa is good and not too spicy and the chips are usually fresh. \r

They are always busy during peak times so expect a wait especially on weekends. They won't seat until everyone in the party has arrived. There is no take-out service unless ordered in person and only on the weekdays.
