First things first: The food is awesome! The steak fajita's and chili Colorado dishes are my favs. I can always count on large portions and piping ""hot"" food. The food might be ""hot"" yet the service sometimes leaves me ""cold"". For example, some servers kindly accommodate the customers requests, while others play by the book, lack personality, and almost fear the management. \r \r Now for the spoon controversy: It is almost impossible to request 1/2 portions on beans and 1/2 portions on rice for dishes that only have beans on the plate. Is it that too difficult to ask for? Apparently it is since the management has explained to us that there is only ""one"" spoon in the kitchen to measure out the beans and ""one"" spoon to measure out the rice for full amounts only!! It is such a poor excuse that it is simply laughable!! Sooooo, Lori (in corporate), if you are reading this: BUY MORE SPOONS in smaller sizes!! \r \r Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Not here....not even close! Pros: The food! Cons: The hot and cold service!
