Businiess name:  Skates on the Bay

Review content:
Several trips to this TGI-Fridays-on-the-Bay merit a warning: Of three attempts we had one edible entree and two entrees removed from the bill. We persisted because we're patriotic locals. The removed items included a $40 fresh (frozen) rock lobster tail cold and translucent on one side, overcooked and leeched on the other. A re-fire got no better results. My equally persevering companions got old, cured salmon misrepresented as ""smokey-flavored"" fresh (!) and a leathery prime rib. Don't eat unless it's a group outing for Cobb salad & nachos, the kind of outing that seemed exotic in high school. Pros: Bar, View, Staff Cons: Food, Service, Price
