Visible Changes at Baybrook has friendly staff members who are talented! I have received several cuts from Tarey, and she always does a great job. She takes the time to talk to customers, truly understand their needs, and THEN picks up the scissors. I recently had Shana do my cut for the first time - and she was superb. I needed advice on the appropriate cut and she was absolutely right. I loved my hair so much that she got a large tip and a hug! :) Nicole has done my color several times and she is great too. She always gives me what I want and ensures that I am satisfied. \r

I have always experienced great customer service and excellent styles.
Pros: Quality staff, fun atmosphere
