Vance gave me the best haircut i have ever had. At first I was a little annoyed becuase she went on and on about how bad my hair was and the gave me the long list of products I needed from Visible Changes to make my hair better. I understand their job includes raising the ticket price, but say it then move on. I have always gotten excellent haircuts at this location and will not go anywhere else. I will follow Vance as high as she goes because she is the best. She was very concerned with how I felt during and after my cut and did not want to make a mistake. Visible changes is lucky to have her. For the first time in my life I am looking forward to the next time I can get my hair cut. The desk staff is usually not friendly at this locaton, but I can look past that in order to get a good cut. I thought they were expensive, but you get what you pay for. Go to Supercuts and see how you look. Every level at Visible changes has talent and I always go with the least expensive. Sometime a higher rank with take you at the lower price to get their stats up. One thing I don't like about Visible changes is that they charge $3 to put conditioner in your hair. If they shampoo, they should condition. And stylists, if you want to work with more managable hair throw the conditioner in for free. Also, Vance, several stylist run the flat iron thru the top layer of hair to finish the look. When I asked you about it you said the charge starts at $11. Take less than a minute to polish the look at no charge. Thanks Vance, YOU ROCK!
