I've been to Visible Changes twice now. The first time I was very pleased with the haircut and the stylist. I saw Patricia, and I very much recommend her. However, I just got back from my second time there and it was not a good experience. I was running late for my 12:30 appointment so I called to let them know and they said fine, no problem. Well, I got there and they said since I was late the person with an appointment after me had already gotten there and I would have to wait until 1:30 for the next available appointment. I explained that I had called and would have appreciated being told this on the phone so I could change my plans and all the person at the counter said was, ""Oh"". So I walked around the mall until 1:30, not a big deal, and came back for my now 1:30 appointment (I arrived 5 minutes early this time). I was told she was running a little behind but it wouldn't be long. After waiting over 30 minutes I went back to the desk and was greeted with lots of attitude. I asked one person how much longer it would be and was given a very rude ""I don't know, ask them!"" When I finally got an answer, they told me it would be about 15-20 more minutes before I was even shampooed. So that's 45 minutes after my new appointment time?? There was no apology, no sorry, no nothing. Just attitude, and a go sit down. I told them to cancel my appointment and went to another salon where they were much friendlier!! In all, the haircut at Visible Changes is good but don't expect a lot of friendly customer service. There were several other people there who said they had been waiting a long time also so I was not alone. My guess is that they overbook to get as many people in as possible and then make everyone wait once they get there. i would expect that at a Supercuts or something where you don't have appointments but when you make an appointment I don't expect to wait 45 minutes to be shampooed!
Pros: Haircut was great, Patricia is great
Cons: Customer Service was horrible, be prepared to wait
