I dropped my SUV off for detail for my birthday. It was raining, so I wasn't really concerned w/the exterior. I mainly wanted the carpet cleaned from the salt. My truck is in mint condition & wasn't any dirtier than your average vehicle after winter. They had my truck for 3hrs, charged me $100 & I tipped $15 (out of obligation, I guess). There were problems immediately & I had to ask them to vacuum under the rear seats. The next day, in the daylight & stopped raining, I noticed that they didn't even really clean the dash at all. There was a film from whatever cheap cleaner they used & the salt was coming thru on the carpet! I called & explained the issues & was told by Liz that I could drop it off a couple days later & they would fix it. When I did, Bruce (a manager trainee) went out to look at my truck & told me they would do the best they could to fix the problem. He acted like he was doing ME the favor when I was giving them a 2nd chance to make good on their work. He said it would take him 15min! How could they possibly do a good job in 15min? I told him I was leaving it & didn't want to come back & see the same probs. Well, I went back & it was a little better, but the guy had to scrub the carpet again...with a toothbrush...what kind of bubble gum place is this? I ended up grabbing the vacuum & began showing them the proper way to detail a vehicle. Shouldn't they be showing me this? I'll NEVER go there again! It was a waste of $115 & 6hrs of my time!!!!!!!
