I dropped my SUV off for detail for my birthday. It was raining, so I wasn't really concerned w/the exterior. I mainly wanted the carpet cleaned from the salt. My truck is in mint condition & wasn't any dirtier than your average vehicle after winter. They had my truck for 3hrs, charged me $100 & I tipped $15 (out of obligation, I guess). There were problems immediately & I had to ask them to vacuum under the rear seats. The next day, in the daylight & stopped raining, I noticed that they didn't even really clean the dash at all. There was a film from whatever cheap cleaner they used & the salt was coming thru on the carpet! I called & explained the issues & was told by Liz that I could drop it off a couple days later & they would fix it. When I did, Bruce (a manager trainee) went out to look at my truck & told me they would do the best they could to fix the problem. He acted like he was doing ME the favor when I was giving them a 2nd chance to make good on their work. He said it would take him 15min! How could they possibly do a good job in 15min? I told him I was leaving it & didn't want to come back & see the same probs. Well, I went back & it was a little better, but the guy had to scrub the carpet again...with a toothbrush...what kind of bubble gum place is this? I ended up grabbing the vacuum & began showing them the proper way to detail a vehicle. Shouldn't they be showing me this? I'll NEVER go there again! It was a waste of $115 & 6hrs of my time!!!!!!! Pros: Have drinks across the street @ Pepe's while u wait Cons: This is not a detail shop! It's a joke more

this place is terrible! they damaged my car trying to put it on the track, then acted like they were doing me a favor hand washing it. NEVER told me they damaged it until i came back, then claimed it was just knocked loose.... it wasn't! they busted 2 of the belly pans on my car to the tune of $250 dollars, which they are giving me the run around about paying and constantly changing their story! we'll be going to court if they don't pay up! Pros: none! Cons: they're liars! more

I've seen lots of fancy cars at this car wash so mistakenly assumed they did a good job. I saw very little suds as the car was being washed, when it was done it looked good from a distance, but when I stopped to get gas and walked around the car, I saw how awful it was. Scratches from the ""brushes"", lint from the cheap towels they use (everyone else uses microfiber), and they only took care to clean the driver's side, the passengers' side was still dirty and wet. I'll never go back, what a waste of $18, and to think I tipped the guy..urgg. Don't waste your money here! Or if you go take a thorough look at your car before you leave and asked them to correct any problems. Pros: Place is bright and clean Cons: My car wasn't more

I've been going for 4 years now.. run all my cars thru 1 or more times a week and never have had a scratch.. I normally did not trust washes until I saw folks going thru with there expensive imports... I talked to them and they said they had no issues.. \r Yes they do pre scrub, but with soft brushes.. I have a Lexus now, but for 3 yrs prior I ran my Hondas thru and Honda is known for cheap paint..no ISSUES :)\r Staff is Friendly! Pros: Value I rate high if you buy the package (1) year deals.. otherwise its high priced more

Turtle uses shop floor brooms to pre-wash or attempt to remove salt from your car before they run it through the automatic wash rack. As a result, these green floor brushes will damage the clear coat of your car. I have hundreds of scratches all over my car from just one car wash there. The car wash attendents scrubbed the brushes with great enthusiasm and I doubt they understood what they were doing to my car's finish. UUUGH!!!
