Beware of ""Mandatory Fees"" not mentioned in their contract. Their management fee does NOT include things like: allowing access to the property for mandatory inspections by the city fire marshall or repair men, you will be billed for a minimum of one hour ($45.00) for them to open the door. I was charged $45.00 for them to look inside to see that the smoke detectors needed batteries, then another $45.00 labor plus the charge for the batteries, to install them!! Numerous requests for an adjustment of such fees were denied. It also snowed enough for snow removal at my property 3 times while my other property manager in the same area said ""What snow?"" I could go on and on...............
