I moved to 2601 Parkway building last month of June. Ever since I have tried to get in contact with sollnet for them to install internet in my unit, as they are the main provider in the building. So far I've made several appointments with the person in charge of installation of the service, and this person has NEVER shown up on the day he/she was suppossed to be in my unit to install it. It has been 3 months since I made the petition to install internet, and until this date it has been IMPOSSIBLE to have internet installed in my unit. Tenants in the building have written numerous letters to this company and to the building's administration so that we can KICK THEM OUT OF OUR BUILDING, but nothing has happened yet. If there were other options, trust me, SOLLNET would be the LAST one of them! I just recently gave my last shot at calling for service again (this was 3 days ago) and their representative over the phone asked my cell phone and told me someone would contact me....Guess what? NOBODY HAS!!!
