Our offices were flooded during Hurricans Sandy and after researching a variety of mold remediation companies on-line and speaking with several I chose to hire Absolutely Spotless. I dealt with the owner Philip and we were very impressed with all aspects of the relationship. First he spent over an hour evaluating the damage to the building, and then meeting with myself and the our CEO he was very patient in explaining the entire process from the initial testing to the diagnosis to the remediation process. We decided to have him proceed and everything went as smoothly as can be expected. The technicians that performed the work were extremely accomodating to our staff throughout the whole remediation process as they had to work around our busy office environment. The work was done extremely well and the cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was involved. I believe that when a company performs a service as well as Absolutely Spotless did, other people should know about it. I will highly recommend them in the future for anyone who has a mold problem!
