I now have FIOS and I'm very happy...no more crappy service from PNC. For years, I think PNC were the only contractors around. I'm happy that this has all been changed. I found PNC to be one of the worse small businesses ever ran. It was black owned ad I really wanted to support my own..I really wanted to support a local business but PNC treated their customers horribly. I once had an issue with the owner and the guy tried to tell me that I was just a csr..too bad he did an interview on channel 6 (a channel that they turned on when they felt like) and talked about HOW HE STARTED THE COMPANY!! They're clowns! I hope they go out of business....sooner than later...b/c they ran a sloppy operation.
