Review content:
The cable is crap from the begining! I stopped using these people 2 years ago. I paid my balance and said goodbye! Yesterday in my mail box is a bill from these crooks $131.00 for the month of may2012 for this month! I dont even have an account with them for 2 years! and they want to send me an imaginary billing. I call to get this fixed this morning, and woulda you know I get a call center that just transfers the calls to a voice mail. She nicely said just leave a message yet the voice mail cuts off before you get a chance to say boo! If this is not resolved I will be contacting the BBB of New York. I have a couple of friends up there that needs to investigate this company's business practices!
