Review content:
The building was clean, convenient, and close to my work. I feel the communication between a doctor and his/her patient is very important. I had extreme difficulty understanding the doctors that work here. I have been there twice and have seen two different doctors of the same cultural background. Both were presentable, however, their use of our English language was jagged, inerrupted, and incorrect. When I asked one of the doctors to repeat what he had just said, he looked at me blankly and walked out of the room. This will be the last time I go there only to seek a physician that can communicate like an american. Incidentally, the first review of praise seems to be from someone affiliated with the urgent care because they were quick to defend against the second (honest and truthful) review. That is very sad.
