Ladies BEWARE!!! I walked into this salon liking my hair. Simply needed a trim; walked out with hair that needed another haircut to FIX the 'trim'!!!
The stylist at Jovie confirmed my trim request, yet then went off with her own mental 'Picasso' pic! She apologized profusely after the botch, saying 'well now that I know you better and what your preferences are-"" when initially, SHE WAS TOLD EXACTLY WHAT MY PREFERENCES WERE.
After a haircut massacre, management says 'PAY UP' but then offer a complimentary service the next time that you're in (as if that's going to happen...)
Truly, the service isn't worthy of ONE STAR-
