I was desperate and it was probably too early in the morning to call, but Frank had somebody out to our house by that afternoon and when Joe was done, our smelly-house nightmare was over. I would recommend this professional company with the friendly service to anyone who has a decaying rat under their house. They were recommended to me by another satisfied customer of theirs and I would not hesitate to call them for any extermination needs I might have in the future. I'm really glad we didn't call Orkin.
