Omg had a nightmare experience with bug busters! They call bed bugs fleas.... I called sound pest control of Kent and not only did they answer before they were open but it was the most pleasant person company out off all 10 companies I tried. Frank was calming reassuring and sympathetic to my needs. Frank was able to listen effectively and offer a same day solution which typically you will not find. Jake was the tech that showed up on time and ready to battle my problem i asked many questions and voiced many concerns he giggled at me but it lighted a stressful situation. I would honeslty bypass any and all companies and come right to this one. I am truly thankful for them. THANK YOU! PS I am usually a difficult customer to satisfy these guys are on it! more

We have successfully used Sound Pest a couple of times.....the first time - prompt service and assistance. Have I mentioned that I hate bugs in the house and some ants were finding their way in? All taken care of. The next time was to follow-up on an inspection after the sale of our house when some possible access points needed to be addressed - the work was promptly completed and the follow-up was great! more

I have a 4 plex that is surrounded by trees and plants and bark. So when I have a tenant inform me they seen ants. I called Sound Pest Managment. I was quickly called back by Frank . I was also asking about possibly treating for fleas in one on the units. Frank did NOT try to upsell me other services infact I was given some advise to try before proffessional treating. (To me that shows they are not just about earning a dollar). The day I had set to spray for ants, Matt was on-time and took the extra time to explain what he was spraying and how it worrked. Since it is a 4 plex I had to get into others apt's. So it took a little time, he did not seem in a hurry and made an effort to get the hard to get places. When he sprayed the outside of the building he again took the extra time to point out problem areas and how to correct them. He also took the time to show me what insects I did not need to worry about and why. (AGAIN HE COULD HAVE TRIED TO SELL ME ANOTHER PRODUCT BUT HE DIDN'T) While Matt was here he spoke very highly of his employer and the ethics of the company. I am sure he had other places to go but did not act like he was in a hurry to get on to the next job. I WILL RECOMEND SOUND PEST MANAGMENT TO ANYONE WHO HAS A PEST PROBLEM....... more

I have known the owner of Sound Pest Management for 6+ years. I have seen his business grow with integrity and with customer service highly valued. For the past 2+ years we have had Sound Pest Management provide quarterly pest control service at our home that was new construction 3 years ago. Our lot neighbors an active wooded area and the land was cleared as part of the site development. Sound Pest has been great at controlling the natural habitat and are the top 1 of any business we have ever dealt with. Frank will always answer the phone and take care of you. He has bombed the house when the cat got into the crickets my kids use to feed their frog. He has protected our home from ground mice and any crawl space areas from termites and carpenter ants. There was a rat that got stuck in the wall, right next to my bed. The smell was enough to keep me up all night, it was horrid! I was desperate and it was probably too early in the morning to call, but Frank had somebody out to our house by that afternoon and when Joe was done, our smelly-house nightmare was over.
