I would give them zero stars if I could. I contacted them with a concern regarding my order when I placed it, asking them not to ship if it couldn't be resolved. I never heard back from them, even though it took almost a week for them to actually dispatch the order.
When it arrived, the product was not as represented on their website. They responded once, unhelpfully, to an email requesting a return authorization. They have ignored follow-up emails.
The bad service and incompetence alone would be enough to warrant a single-star rating; ignoring emails from customers is shockingly bad business. I'm surprised they stay afloat.
Take your money elsewhere. You might have to pay a few bucks more than the price they list, but when they can't deliver the proper product or even bother to respond to customer concerns, it's not worth it to shop with these hacks.
