Don't trust Nancy. I got audited for two years and got screwed big time. Purchased a home and she claimed and extra $4,000 for me that was not claim able. You'll be happy when you get your return until you receive audit papers from the IRS in the mail. Speaking to Nancy, forget it! You will only talk to her assistants. I had to pay on audit that they said I could dispute and then when it came to the day of the audit Nancy said you can't claim anymore, you owe this amount, therfor leave you to pay addtional interes fees for the whole year you waited. If I would of know this I would of paid the fees a year ago. Now I am stuck with another $400 to pay in interest. NICE!!! Trust me learn your taxes and pay attention to everything. Don't trust someone because they say they are reputiible. Nancy is not a license tax prepayer. Check the state website.
