Lynott Tours is a completely unprofessional operation. We took our honeymoon with them and they got our hotel reservation wrong and failed to send us our Heritage Pass, which we paid for, and we were forced to buy another one. They also got the number of days for our car rental wrong. They also failed to disclose the entire cost of renting a cell phone and wound up costing us an extra 100+ dollars. We were also led to believe that we were pre-paying insurance for the rental car but wound up having to fork over an extra $230 when we rented the car. Whenever I called and talked to anyone besides the owner of the company, no one knew anything and couldn't help me at all. When I emailed them at the end of the trip to tell them about all the mistakes and to request a refund for the Heritage Pass, they never replied. Book with Lynott Tours at your own risk. Better yet, just avoid them.
Pros: Our plane reservations were fine.
Cons: The plane reservations were the only part Lynott Tours didn't handle for us.
