In one afternoon, I was given a a perm that broke most of the ends off - after being assured that this would not happen (the most gentle perm they had), he had to redo the color that faded after the perm, but wasn't even close to what I asked for, and received a haircut where several pieces were left randomly an inch or more longer than the rest of the hair.
A horrible experience that will take me months if not longer to grow out!
Look elsewhere, please!!!
