I have been a regular customer of Shear Elegance for about the last 2 years. The owner has always been my colorist/stylist, and he does a great job. I like that if I need to move an appointment, I can do so with no hassle, and pamper visits, special offers and follow-up thank you notes are a very nice touch - they make me feel as though my business is appreciated.\r

It isn't always easy to find a salon or hairstylist when you have decided to switch - but I got tired of my previous salons' rate increases, and general lack of customer service (they had strange hours, and no one ever returned messages left on their answering machine). I tried Shear Elegance out after seeing a cute haircut on a girl who has curly hair like I do, and decided to give them a go. I have not been disappointed.\r

I will say that when I first got my hair colored, I was not sure about how intense the highlights were, and the owner called me a few days later (knowing that I was a bit apprehensive about color to begin with) to find out how I liked it - when I told him I thought it was a little too much for me, he had me come in that day to tone down the highlights. I left happy - because he knows if I'm not happy, I won't be back. I believe he strives to make his other customers happy as well - but sometimes there is just no pleasing folks. Communication is the key - if there's something you don't want or don't like, speak up. Or go elsewhere.\r
