Review content:
We went here on Jan 1st '09 to eat dinner. We walked inside and stood in front of the hostess desk where only one boy stood with his face in a magazine. I stood there staring for 20 seconds until a waitress came and tapped him on the shoulder and told him he had people to seat, and he replied ""Oh, I didnt see you guys there"". We followed him to a booth and sat down, he said nothing, no greeting or specials or anything. The restaurant was cold and we had to wear our jackets the whole time. Our waiter was very inexperienced and strange. We ordered a pizza and he came back three times to explain that he didn't know when the pizza would be done, and that there were ""technical difficulties with the oven"". Then he asked if the four of us would like plates with our pizza, as if he wasn't aware that it was standard procedure to set plates at a table for pizza in a restaurant. The pizza came after 30 minutes, and it tasted good, but our overall experience with the restaurant at this time was very poor. The service was very disorganized and a manager was nowhere to be found, probably sitting around in back or something. I don't recommend that anyone spends their money here, go to Old Chicago or somewhere more professional.
Pros: Food tasted good, lots of parking space
Cons: Untrained/unprofessional staff, where is the management?
