I would not recommend this place to a friend. We arrived at 7pm on Tuesday and were promptly seated. It went downhill from there. We placed our order and then waited about an hour for our food. Our dinner came before our salads, We watched as table after table of upset customers left the restaurant without even getting their dinners. When the table next to us asked to speak to the manager,I expected to see someone from the Love family as they really play the family involvement thing up in the menu. The person who came was not an owner and said he was working in the kitchen to help out. My previous experience with this restaurant was about 15 years ago,when it was smaller and people stood in line. At that time it was worth the wait. Now I doubt that I will come back again. Our bill was over 42 dollars for my wife and I,plus what we tipped our waitress,as it wasn't her fault. Dr.Elliot Palefsky
