I ate at Loves Seafood earlier this month and I really enjoyed my experience. My server (Amanda) was very kind and helpful with all the questions I had about the menu and what alcoholic beverages would go with each entree. I ordered the alligator tail appitizer and the fried seafood platter which she suggested and everything was cooked perfectly. All the food came out hot. The views of the river were amazing. I left feeling very satisfied and I will be back. more

We ordered the Seafood Platter - fried, with grits & red rice, along with two side salads. The platter is lightly fried and a gracious plenty for two! Our waitress is Caroline and she is so sweet, just like the song! Love's is certainly one place you'll not want to pass by. We like to sit out on the glassed in ""porch"" overlooking the river. There is also outdoor seating available as well as several dining rooms inside. Love's offers a full bar and a menu that offers something for everyone. more

This is quite the gem of Savannah. It's nestled under a highway nearly, buts its worth finding. Google maps should steer you in the right direction. I had the frog legs as an appetizer (tastes like chicken) and the alligator with grits for the main entree. The meal was incredible, definitely worth a follow-up visit. more

I lived in this area for years and this was one of my favorite restaurants. My husband and I have gone her many times. The food is great, wait staff was polite. They have great food here, the crab legs are great, the shrimp cocktail it yummy. The wait can be a little long if you don't call ahead, especially on the weekends. The view is great if you go around sunset, it is right near the water. more
