when i made the reservation, the receptionist was very unfriendly and robotic. when i inquired if anything special is done to celebrate special occasions she said "" they just send a chocolate mousse cake to the table""...nice?...sounds more like an incovenience than acknowledging a celebration. our server had no personality and approached our table to take our dinner orders only. i had to inform her we wanted cocktails before dinner and then a bottle of wine with our meal. this is more forgiveable if the restaurant was busy but with twenty tables and five servers!?...the food is ok but a bit salty. the food prices are GREAT compared to la prices...straight forward french bistro. the wine list is worth the visit; great deals can be found with some basic wine knowledge. le
Pros: extensive wine list with great value outside la, beautiful ambiance, great value
Cons: average servers, windows need cleaning
