Review content:
I used Spring Valley Pools last year to have them drop a new liner & install a salt generator. Ever since then, we haven't been able to entertain @ night because billions of bubbles come through the jets when the filter is on & the water looks cloudy when the pool light is on. John, the owner of Spring Valley Pools has known about my problem but kept putting me off for 1 reason or another. Now, I have been calling him for over a year & he won't even return my calls. He was the cheapest guy in town, but it wasn't one bit worth it. REGINA POOLS, in Towson, is coming to my rescue next work day. I know they will do it right!
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: will rarely return phone calls after there is a problem
