We used Spring Valley Pools for our inground pool installation. They were affordable and did a good job of installation. I think they were very thorough. more

Listen when told 7/15/2011

Previous review only complains about bubbles. Liner install was perfect, Also found leak in pool no one else could find. Charged well below market rates for diver and to locate and stop leak. Lines were tested and customer was told to replace suction side of filter. Bubbles can only come from pump pulling in air. At least least be HONEST about review instead of just attempting to smear a company you did not want to listen to. Bubbles are a result of poor homeowner care and unwillingness to follow needed repairs. more

Don't Use Spring Valley Pools & Spas 6/25/2010

I used Spring Valley Pools last year to have them drop a new liner & install a salt generator. Ever since then, we haven't been able to entertain @ night because billions of bubbles come through the jets when the filter is on & the water looks cloudy when the pool light is on. John, the owner of Spring Valley Pools has known about my problem but kept putting me off for 1 reason or another. Now, I have been calling him for over a year & he won't even return my calls. He was the cheapest guy in town, but it wasn't one bit worth it. REGINA POOLS, in Towson, is coming to my rescue next work day. I know they will do it right! Pros: friendly staff Cons: will rarely return phone calls after there is a problem more
