We got a new loan for 4.375% fixed for 30 years which trimmed our payment almost $300 per month. Melanie was always quick to reply to our emails. And we really appreciate her honesty. We could tell that she really cares about people and wanted to help US. Even though we didn't ask, She also helped to reduce our home insurance charges. For that we are also grateful.\r
I counted that we closed 17 days after starting the home refinance process. Everyone should talk to Melanie and see how she could save them money. I'm glad we did!
