I didn't think I could refinance since I don't have much home equity but Melanie took the time to seek out options for me. In the end, she had to reduce the closing costs and also get the attorney to lower their fees just so I could close. I really feel that Melanie did everything she could just to help me to reduce my monthly payment. I will not hesitate to refer her to my family and friends. She truly cares about people and wants to help them save money. Call her and see if she can help you save money too!
