Review content:
""Wow - the food was so amazing I nearly cried when I finished my plate. It was so tasty and fresh that the flavors held my taste buds captive for hours after the meal had ended"".\r
I have been to Fuego Bistro twice over the last two weeks (after a friend recommended it to me) and will be going again tonight, not only for the food and the latin vibe of the family-owned bistro itself, but for the beautiful redhead that works behind the bar during the week.\r
\r
My recommendation is to visit Fuego Bistro with an empty stomach, because you'll want to finish every last morsel they serve you. If you appreciate fine food, you'll appreciate what Fuego Bistro offers the diners of Phoenix, which is a culinary experience your senses will never forget.
Pros: Everything.
Cons: It's small and can get crowded on special occasions.
