Several weeks ago when I got sick with 102+ fever, horrible coughing and a sore throat, I went to CareNow because I don't have a family doctor. I called the Allen location and they told me I could come in and wait, or I could check-in online and wait for them to call me to come in. I ended up doing the online check-in. It was so helpful to do that! I was able to rest until they called, and once I got over there I was called back to be examined within a few minutes. The front office staff as well as the nurse that took me back to the exam room were so nice and helpful! I saw Dr. Clark. He came in within a couple of minutes after the nurse left me in the exam room (unlike other Dr. offices where you have to wait at least 30 minutes on a good day for them to come in). I got a diagnosis of a sinus infection and pneumonia and got on the road to recovery. Unlike other doctors I have been to, Dr. Clark actually read my chart to find out what I was allergic to. He discussed with me about the medication he was going to put me on. CareNow called me the next day to see how I was doing, and then again three days later to make sure I was improving. No Dr. I have ever had in the past has called me to see how I was doing after an illness. If I am ever sick again I will go to CareNow without any hesitation. They are wonderful! Thank you, CareNow!!!
