I paid $150 for these guys to clean 600 sq ft. of unfurnished carpet in my house. Even though I specifically asked over the phone if they vacuum the edges/corners (because of pet hair) and they said yes, when I went to inspect the carpet, the edges & corners were filthy. Talk about having no pride in your work. Other than ignoring the edges & corners, everything looked OK. I have tried contacting them about this, but they ignore me.
Pros: They showed up
Cons: Didn't vacuum edges, EXPENSIVE, Ignored my complaints
