I called these guys out to a rental of mine. The guys that I rented the place to trashed it! Worst thing was it was a white 5 year old carpet. Josh came out and made my rug look new again. I had planned on replacing the carpet in the near future, not anymore though!! \r \r He vacuumed and edge vacuumed the place very well, and can't complain about the edge or corner detail at all. I'd guess that last review didn't even call these folks back with the compaint. He guarenteed me agains returning stains or unsatisfaction for 30 days!!! Very resonable price too. Unbelievable job! 4/4/2008

I had a puppy and white carpet, and before they came I was contemplating hard wood floors or new carpet. They cleaned the carpet so well that it looks like I just moved in. They were also helpful in telling me ways to control stains in the future. In addition they were on time and very professional. Pros: Looks like I have bran new carpet. Cons: Nothing I can think of. more

What about the edges? 4/6/2006

I paid $150 for these guys to clean 600 sq ft. of unfurnished carpet in my house. Even though I specifically asked over the phone if they vacuum the edges/corners (because of pet hair) and they said yes, when I went to inspect the carpet, the edges & corners were filthy. Talk about having no pride in your work. Other than ignoring the edges & corners, everything looked OK. I have tried contacting them about this, but they ignore me. Pros: They showed up Cons: Didn't vacuum edges, EXPENSIVE, Ignored my complaints more
