Review content:
The receptionist was rude when she scheduled my appointment. She continuously told me I needed to make I had a Physician's referrel as if I wasn't smart enough to catch on to what she said the first time. The young girl that put MANY drops in my eyes and did various tests was rude and rough. The only person other than the doctor I felt comfortable with was the woman who performed the light dot test. I scheduled a follow up appointment while at the office and ended up having to cancel, I called 3 weeks in advance of when my appointment was supposed to be because I wanted to give them adequate notice. The woman was very polite when she answered the phone until she found out I was canceling my appointment and at that point I received nothing but attitude from her for the duration of my call while giving her my information. There are plenty of amazing Doctors in the Dublin area and if you do not have the staff to support those Doctors it is not an office I want to visit. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

Cons: The front desk staff needs MAJOR improvements
