Dr. Nolan has a very unprofessional staff. 1) no greeting upon arrival, 2) had too long of wait- ""name was missed on sheet"" happened to both me and my wife on separate appts. 3) spent 30 mins. waiting to place the order and they almost ordered the wrong contacts 4) estimated one price, went to pick up contacts and $34 dollars xtra was added and when I asked to clarify- got a dirty look. 4) paid the extra, got contacts, no inquiry as to how they fit- wore them next day and they kept popping out- (inaccurate Base curve measurement)
Pros: resolved issues fairly - money back if gave contacts back
Cons: treated like a number- too big &they don't care
