but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

October 2009 ago we posted review on one of our vendors expressing our unhappiness about their customer service and account termination procedure. We reported it openly, without hiding identity, and did the same through Better Business Bureau.
Seem like vendor noticed our review in December 2009 and responded with vengeance.
They placed multiple nasty anonymous (bogus accounts) reviews on our company (Dates 12/09/09 and 12/14/09) on this and several other sites.
At the same dates they placed excellent reviews for it's own listing on this site.
One reviewer account (SMITHM1144) was even used twice on 12/09/09. 1st to write nasty review to Versadial,
2nd to write praising review to their company.
None of the reviewers ever been Versadial customer, nor had any business relations with Versadial.
There are too many sites like this one, which are not designed for fair reviews, with no tools/means for vendor responses.
Perfect situation for somebody with no ethical barriers.
Pros: Virtually no product returns for over 10 years
