Review content:
My visit to Dental center of simi valley was like a visit to a used car dealer. They kept trying to sell stuff to me that I didn't need. \r My dental insurance covers exam and cleaning, but they said that since I didn't have my teeth cleaned in 2 years, I would need special ""deep"" cleaning which is not covered by insurance. It's funny because when I had my teeth cleaned 2 years ago, it had been almost 3 years since I went to the dentist. The dentist 2 years ago didn't charge me any extra for cleaning. Then they tried to sell me some kind of veneers. Although I didn't have any cavities, they pointed to some lines on my teeth and told me that those would become cavities. I've always had those lines on my teeth. Then they said I needed a special toothbrush and tried to sell that to me.I later spoke to a colleage of mine who went there a couple of years ago, and he had the exact same experience. Overall, Dental center of simi valley are a bunch of crooks. I didn't purchase any of the things they were trying to sell.\r \r
