I live in the neighborhood and as soon as I saw the menu I had to try this new place out. We went there for breakfast and I was very impressed, with both the food and the service. I disagree with the reviews on the food ""not being true southern"". This place isn't advertised as cajun, it's good old southern comfort type food. I lived in North Carolina for a good while and missed the country gravy and bisquits, okra, hush puppies, grits, and po boy sandwiches, and Screen Door has it all. We will definitely be back to try the dinner menu!
