I absolutely love the food at Screen Door! If you are looking for recommendations as to what to order, I can only recommend a few items as they are my absolute favorite and I don't venture away from them at all! Why would I when they are so delicious?\r

Starters - Hushpuppies & Pimiento Cheese.....so good!\r

Hot Plate - Crispy Fried Chicken w/Mashed Potatoes & Tasso Ham Gravy (it comes with collard greens but I don't like those so I always give them to my friend who does). I love that the fried chicken is boneless. The gravy is delicious. \r

Dessert - BAN-OFFEE PIE! If you've never had ban-offee pie and you love banana desserts you should definitely try this! It's really good. I occassionally find myself ordering a slice to go as well. \r

The only negative that I can say about Screen Door is that you do have to wait in line for a table, as much as I dislike that, I still do it every time I go there. They take reservations for parties of 6 or more which is nice.\r
