From the moment I met with them I could see they were miles ahead of the big box stores who just try to sell you what they have been trained to sell. This is were the 20 years of experience separated Pro AV from the rest.
Every day when they left my house was clean just they way they found it. (this is a huge pet peeve of mine)
When the job was done I had one remote to operate my entire system. If I want DVD I simply push the DVD button, if I would like to watch Cable I just push the cable button and so on. Easy as pie.
