Totally understanding and patient company! 3/15/2014

After moving into my in-law's 100 year old home, I had the owner come out and give me an estimate and review my layouts. The office staff were so patient as they kept me up-to-date with estimates over the next six months as I tried to deal with other issues that prevented me from having my system installed. Finally, when the tax refund came, I was able to hire the company! The two installers were so polite, knowledgeable and not afraid to crawl through an attic of a 100 year old home to put the TV on the fireplace wall! They took their time to make sure it was all up and running correctly, looked appropriate on the mount and the programs were all loaded and working with the remotes. Thanks again for your wonderful help! I love my TV and new soundbar so much! more

we are quite pleased with the tv and sound system chosen, and with their installation. Our only complaint is that the remote control is very sensitive so that when we "input" a command it often skips over our intended selection and it may take several attempts to get the station or site we intend. more

My sister recommended Pro A/V Home Theater to me and she was right! Rich gave me a great deal on my TV and receiver. I wanted my TV installed above my fireplace and Justin did a wonderful job (no mess). It looks like it has always been there! He programmed the remote so that it handles all my electronics. (I used to use FIVE remotes.) We are a happy family! more

Nice clean and professional installation ... 10/30/2012

Justin and Jose arrived on time and ready to get to work. They went over the install and made it perfectly clear on what was going to take place. 3 1/2 hrs later....everything turned out perfect. Very clean install of my TV and Home Theater. Looked and sounded perfect. They left everything clean and the way it was when they arrived. I will use Pro AV Home Theater again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional installation. more

We had Pro AV Home Theater install our system including sound system, TV, Blue Ray and Apple TV. We are very happy with the quality of the system and the professional installation. We had a couple of minor items arise and Pro AV came right over and addressed the issue. We will definitely recommend them to any friends looking for a first rate home theater system. more

I highly recommend them for home audio 8/6/2012

Pro AV Home Theater installed a home audio system throughout my entire house-garage, dining room, bathrooms, master bedroom, kitchen, and backyard. They installed 6 plasma TV's, receivers, and speakers throughout the house. It's like a showroom. I don't really like messing with equipment that's difficult to use and they can give you the high-end stuff that's easy to use, which is great. I'm completely satisfied with the work they did in my home. more
