Review content:
We have used Beds and Biscuits on multiple occasions with no problems. However, our dog recently sustained a golfball sized hematoma (bruise) on his back while there. I noticed this when I picked him up. When questioned, the staff had no idea what happened and hadn't actually noticed it. There are two possible explanations and both gravely concern me. Either they did not notice the hematoma, or knew about it and did not tell me. I find either scenario completely unacceptable. I may point out that my dog weighs 7 pounds and a golfball sized lump is quite noticable on his back, particularly because he has short hair. He required vet care and medication. Again, accidents happen, but it is the lack of follow through and attention that is most worrisome.
