I lived there only for a year because I knew I wanted a house but if I had to stay I would have been fine with that the landlord had hired new maintenance just as I moved in in Feb. '09, and I have to say they were great to me and my family. Came right away if I needed anything, really watch out for each other there. I still visit friends there as well as the management. It felt like a little home it's very quiet and private you have your own 2 car covered parking, backyard, outside storage and big rooms. I lived in the 3 bedroom. Only left because I wanted an actual house for my kids.
Pros: Big Bedrooms, own yard, parking patio,storage
