Siesta Villa Apartments

We have lived here for almost 5 years now. We like the landlord. She is always right there if we needed to get anything done. I love the ideal of the small backyards and the double covered carports. There are several family around us tha watch out for each other children when out playing. She has cleaned up the area alot. Has put in all new washing machines. We plan on staying for a long time here. more

I lived there only for a year because I knew I wanted a house but if I had to stay I would have been fine with that the landlord had hired new maintenance just as I moved in in Feb. '09, and I have to say they were great to me and my family. Came right away if I needed anything, really watch out for each other there. I still visit friends there as well as the management. It felt like a little home it's very quiet and private you have your own 2 car covered parking, backyard, outside storage and big rooms. I lived in the 3 bedroom. THIS COMPLEX IS BEING RAN BY A MANAGEMENT TEAM THAT IS UNQUALIFIED FOR THIS TYPE OF BUISNESS,AND SHE HAS A MALITIOUS AND NEGATIVE REPUOIRE FOR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS...SHE REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH THE REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES THAT MANAGEMENT TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO ENSURE...THERE ARE FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN THAT WERE LEFT WITHOUT HEAT OR AIR AND HAVE LEAKS AND MOLD WITHIN THE DWELLINGS...ALSO,WITHOUT PERMITTANCE OR REASON FROM OR FOR THE CITY COORDINATES-THIS FAMILY WAS ON NUMEROUS DIFFERENT OCCASIONS LEFT WITHOUT (any) POWER OF ANY KIND AND THAT IS AN IN-HUMANE THING FOR SOMEONE TO DO TO ANYONE AT ANY TIME....I ""HIGHLY"" ANS ""STRONGLY"" RECCOMEND THAT YOU NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE FOR RESIDENCE...AND LET OTHERS KNOW AS WELL...IF YOU FIND THIS AN ERROR OF ANY KIND THEN;PLEASE DO DIG A LITTLE DEEPER AND FIND THE TRUTH FOR YOURSELF......
