I made an offer to buy a Porsche Boxster S from this company. The offer was accepted and my deposit via my credit card was accepted over the phone. My offer was contingent upon inspection of the vehicle. After I gave my deposit I was told by ""James"" that I had to give a 100% positive report to eBay immediately before even seeing the car. I refused and then the manager (Daryl) got on the phone and told me I could inspect the car and after signing the contract I had to give a positive report to eBay before leaving the lot. He told me that if I didn't comply with his demands, he would not sell me the car.He told me he would sell me the car outside of eBay though and I would not have to give a report. I refused. Later another gentleman named Derek got on the phone and demanded the same things. I told all three gentlemen that after signing the contract and driving the car from Orlando (their lot) to my home in Fort lauderdale (my home) if the car was as promised, I would be happy to give them a glowing endorsement. They said that was not acceptable. I was attracted to this dealer because of the 100% positive eBay ratings they had and now suspect that they have pressured other buyers to give them the phony endorsements. I backed out of the offer and now see that they listed my offer as declined by them. The whole thing smelled like a scam and I'm glad I didn't buy the car. I strongly urge you not to do business with Auto Source.
