Review content:
I took my Mother here last Sunday - we had Groupons. The owner Lynn charged our CC w/out using the Groupon first and then wouldn't credit the charge and use our Groupon. She told us ""you have until September to use it, you can just come back"". I'm not sure if she was having an off day or is just normally so unpleasant. Rob was much nicer, but not nice enough to get us to go back. Nothing was outstanding about this place. The food was good - but none of it is made there, it's all premade and shipped in. You get the feeling you're in a huge cold chain restaurant and not a relaxing, charming tea house. Next time I'll go somewhere more down to earth and friendlier.
Pros: tea is good, food is good, place is clean
Cons: not a charming teahouse, staff doesn't ""wow"" with service
