Review content:
Brian and his team work with the up-most honest and integrity. Upon hitting a deer on NYE of 2012, Brian was the only person in all of Livingston County to meet me at his shop on New Years Day in order to help me put together a service proposal. That type of service is very hard to find these days. The professionalism continued when he was willing to lease me a rental car at no additional charge while mine was being serviced! Who does that?! No one, that's who. In addition to all of this, did I mention the service was impeccable? Not only were they able to find all original equipment from the manufacturer, he even covered my deductible! I will say it time and time again, service like that is hard to come by these days. From here on out, no matter if I'm in Livingston County or Wayne, I'm making sure my vehicle goes to Buczek collision! Thanks again guys for the job well done. Cheers!
