Brian and his team work with the up-most honest and integrity. Upon hitting a deer on NYE of 2012, Brian was the only person in all of Livingston County to meet me at his shop on New Years Day in order to help me put together a service proposal. That type of service is very hard to find these days. The professionalism continued when he was willing to lease me a rental car at no additional charge while mine was being serviced! Who does that?! No one, that's who. In addition to all of this, did I mention the service was impeccable? Not only were they able to find all original equipment from the manufacturer, he even covered my deductible! I will say it time and time again, service like that is hard to come by these days. Brian and his staff of professional autobody technicians did an excellent repair of the major damage incured on the back of my car. The completed repair was flawless. My vehicles was completed ahead of its original repair date. Having acces to daily photo updates also kept me informed and current on my vehicles progress. They arranged to have my car towed to their shop, worked with our insurance company, picked us up for a rental car, and kept us updated throughout the process. Brian is fantastic. I had my son's van at Buczek Collision for some body work. They did the work in a timely fashion and for a fair amount of money. The work was fantastic. Everything with Buczek Collision was perfect. I had my truck rear-ended. I don't remember how much it cost, but Brian handled everything. I just dropped the truck off, and Brian handled everything else, including insurance. When I picked it up it was in showroom quality. If an accident happens again Buczek Collision is where I am going. Even though I am not in that area I will still use Brian. If anybody I know gets into an accident or needs his service, I will recommend Buczek Collision. It is worth the drive. more
